Shipping & Returns

 

  • Denmark: DAO  (1-2 working days)
  • Europe: UPS (2-3 working days)
  • Rest of the world: UPS (5-15 working days)

Duty & Taxes: The displayed prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of import tax. We can unfortunately not let you know pre-emptively what customs charges may apply to your order.

If you have any questions regarding this, we suggest you get in contact with your local customs office.

Shipping Costs: are calculated at checkout, where you will be able to choose between different options. 

Delivery Refusals: If a shipment is refused by the recipient—including refusals due to unpaid import duties or taxes—the package will be returned to us by the carrier. In such cases, we will refund the product cost once the item has been received and inspected, but shipping fees are non-refundable as they are a non-recoverable expense already incurred to dispatch the order.

 

RETURNS (ONLINE)

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. This return policy does not apply to items purchases on Sale

RETURNS (IN-STORE)

Although all sales in-store are final, we always seek to provide as best service as possible. If you purchased an item in store and wish to return it, contact us with your request and we will try to assist you best possibly— exchanging to a different size, item or likewise. We recommend exchanges to be processed in-store.

Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form or at contact@fine-chaos.com. Once your request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions & Non-returnables:
Certain items are non-returnable, including fragrances and non-profit products. If you have any questions about your item’s eligibility, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with the details of your desired product, and our customer service team will assist you in facilitating the exchange.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
